I am wandering if the World financial institutions have lost the “governance” of global finance.. in 2001 the huge dot-com bubble shifted capitals toward real estate markets, causing a new bubble that exloded in summer 2007.. again investors, all together, moved to the next “safe land”, this time commodities, and again the next bubble is approaching….

Why our system has became so fragile to “bubble effects” ???
